How much does it cost?
- Delivery cost will vary due to the size and weight of the item/s ordered and will automatically be calculated at the checkout, within the delivery information section. How long does it take?
Orders placed on a business working day (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, parcels will be sent on a 24hr tracked service with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
What courier services do we use?
All orders addressed within the UK & Northern Ireland will be sent via our courier. If a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g no-one home) you will be notified by our courier via the tracking or a slip posted of options for re-delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful when a delivery has been re-scheduled, you will be required to collect the parcel from your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within 5 working days it will be returned to Seneye and treated as failed delivery. We may then be in contact with you to discuss an alternative delivery address or a suitable day in which we are able to deliver your parcel.

How to Track your parcel
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we dispatch the goods to you, another email is sent confirming the courier used and the tracking details.

How much does it cost?
Delivery cost will vary due to the size and weight of the item/s ordered and will automatically be calculated at the checkout, within the delivery information section.
How long does it take?
Orders placed on any business working day (Monday to Friday) Excluding bank holidays will usually be delivered within the timeframes stated below:
Germany: 2-4 working days
Europe: 3-6 working days
Rest of the world: 6-12 working days
All parcels will be sent on an Economical tracked service with Deutchse Post
For any areas that Deutch Post cannot ship to, items will be shipped with Royal Mail and transferred to the country-chosen courier.

Prices listed via our website do not include Non-UK VAT or custom fees. Seneye are not permitted to pay any VAT or custom fees, these fees are payable by the customer when the parcel arrives in the designated country.
Fees will be determined and authorised by the country’s customs, not Seneye.
